The 2026 sale study data shows residential-improved sales activity in the City of Novi for reference purposes.
For the 2026 tax year, as directed by the State Tax Commission, Novi will use a 24-month sale study to set 2026 assessed values for residential real property. That period is from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025. The 24-month sales study benefits the taxpayer because it considers older sales in an increasing market.
