2026 MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW
Please be advised, the City of Novi March Board of Review (“BOR”) will be in session in the Mayor's Conference Room in the Novi Civic Center, located at 45175 W. Ten Mile Road, Novi, Michigan 48375, on the following days:
BOARD OF REVIEW ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING (NO APPEALS WILL BE HEARD)
Tuesday March 3, 2026 9:00 a.m.
BOARD OF REVIEW TAXPAYER APPEAL HEARINGS (APPOINTMENTS ENCOURAGED)

To schedule an appointment, come in to the Novi Assessing Department by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2026. The March Board of Review meets to hear valuation appeals. All valuation appeals, written or in-person, must be accompanied by a completed Petition to Board of Review (Michigan Department of Treasury Form 618). We recommend written appeals be submitted on or before 3:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday March 10, 2026. Written appeals must be received prior to the close of the March Board of Review to be considered. Additional information, including petition forms, can be found on our website at www.cityofnovi.org/services/assessing/. For 2026, the BOR will only act on Poverty Applications at the July and December Board of Review. The Assessing Department can be reached at (248) 247-0485.

CITY OF NOVI PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Novi will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Novi Civic Center, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI to consider 41870 Chattman Drive, PBR25-0394 FOR A WOODLAND PERMIT. The subject property totals approximately 0.38 acres and is located west of Meadowbrook Road, north of Nine Mile Road (Section 26). The subject property is zoned R-3 (One-Family Residential). The applicant is requesting approval to remove 6 regulated woodland trees in order to build an addition to a single-family home.
Plans are available for review at the Community Development Department during regular business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
