APPROVAL OF AGENDA
 
AUDIENCE COMMENT– In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the Election Commission requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit.
 

1. Approval of minutes from July 9, 2020 meeting.
2. Review Sample ballots for November 3, 2020 Election.
3. Approve the establishment of Absent Voter Counting Board for the November 3, 2020 Election.
4. Approval of election inspectors assigned to work in precincts on November 2, 2020.
5. Approval of election inspectors assigned to work in the Absent Voter Counting Board on November 2, 2020 to pre-process absent voter envelopes.
6. Approval of election inspectors to work in the Absent Voter Counting Board on November 3, 2020.
7. Approval of receiving team members for the Election to be held November 3, 2020.
8. Approval for the City Clerk or designee to appoint on-call and emergency election inspectors for Election to be held November 3, 2020.
9. Approval for the City Clerk or designee to perform the Preliminary and Public Accuracy Tests.
10. Perform Public Accuracy Test beginning at 4:00 p.m.
