CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS (See items A-E) All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.
MATTERS FOR COUNCIL ACTION
1. Approval of Resolution authorizing submission of a Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) grant application for improving the shoreline at Lakeshore Park. Total estimated development cost, including grant, is $192,509, with the 50% percent City match of $96,255.

2. Approval of Resolution authorizing submission of a Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) grant application for renovating the shoreline at Pavilion Shore Park. Total estimated development cost, including grant, is $292,082, with the 50% percent City match of $146,041.

3. Approval of Resolution authorizing submission of a Recreation Passport (RP) grant application for renovating the Tim Pope playground at ITC Community Sports Park. Total estimated development cost, including $150,000 grant, is $409,000.

Approval of Resolution Authorizing City Administration to Establish and Administer an Artist-in-Residency program at Villa Barr, including establishment of program requirements and rules and a form of agreement to be required of selected artists to be approved by the City Manager and City Attorney.
