Transient Merchants" in order to clarify the provisions relating to non-commercial solicitation and the standards for granting a permit for such
solicitation. Concrete Street Reconstruction project in the amount of $78,273.46. H. Approval of the final balancing change order and final payment to Six-S, Inc. for the Nine Mile Road (between Novi and
Meadowbrook Roads) Reconstruction project in the amount of $54,997.32. I. Consideration of a request from Northern Equities Group, applicant for Haggerty Corridor Corporate Park - Phase II, for a
