No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation). The subject property is located north of Grand River Avenue and west of Taft Road at the existing Suburban Collection Showplace site, in Section 16 of the City. The property totals 48.23 acres and the applicant is proposing a 6-story, 128 room hotel.
