The subject property is approximately 3.67 acres and the applicant is proposing to construct a 25,521 square foot medical office building. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT 18.238 Public Hearing for Planning Commission’s recommendation to City Council for an ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 97-18, as amended, the City of Novi Zoning Ordinance, in order to clarify standards and parking requirements for fast food restaurants in the B-3, General Business District. MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION 1. NOVI TOWN CENTER FAÇADE UPGRADE BUILDING B, SP09-19 Consideration of the request of Novi Town Center Investors, LLC, for a recommendation to City Council for a Section 9 Façade Waiver. The subject property is located east of Novi Road, north of Grand River Avenue, in the TC, Town Center District. The applicant is proposing to redesign a portion of the façade on Building B at 43075 Crescent Blvd. 2.
