HYATT PLACE HOTEL AT ROCK FINANCIAL SHOWPLACE, SITE PLAN NUMBER 08-27 Public Hearing of the request of Titan Hotel Development, LLC, for a recommendation to City Council for Preliminary Site Plan, Wetland Permit, Woodland Permit, and Stormwater Management Plan approval. The subject property is located in Section 16, north of Grand River Avenue, west of Taft Road, in the OST, Planned Office Service Technology District with an EXO, Exposition Overlay. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT 18.229 Public Hearing for
Planning Commission’s recommendation to City Council for an ordinance to
amend Ordinance No. 97-18, as amended, the City of Novi Zoning Ordinance, to
expand uses permitted subject to special conditions in a planned shopping
center in the Office Service Commercial District and to provide greater
flexibility in the design of planned shopping centers. 3. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT 18.230 Public Hearing for
Planning Commission’s recommendation to City Council for an ordinance to
amend Ordinance No. 97-18, as amended, the City of Novi Zoning Ordinance,
Article 2, Construction of Language and Definitions, Zoning Districts and
Maps, Section 201, Definitions, in order to remove the area of office
basements and mezzanines limited to storage only from the gross leaseable
