PLANNING COMMISSION COMMISSION MEMBERS: Avdoulos, Kocan, Markham, Nagy, Papp, Paul, Ruyle, Shroyer, Sprague The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner’s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes. No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation). The subject project is located in Section 12 on Meadowbrook Road between Twelve and Thirteen Mile Roads. The applicant proposes a church building on 40.1944 acres. The property is zoned R-A. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT 99-18.172 A continuation of the public hearing to amend Ordinance No. 97-18, as Amended, The City Of Novi Zoning Ordinance, Appendix A of The City of Novi Code of Ordinances, to revise Section 2509, "Landscape Standards: Obscuring Earth Berms And Walls, Rights-Of-Way Buffers, And Interior And Exterior Landscape Plantings", in order to update and revise the entire Section. 2. CATHOLIC CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL, SITE PLAN NUMBER 02-61 Consideration of the request of Father Richard Elmer for approval of a Preliminary Site Plan, Wetland, and Woodland Permits and a Special Land Use Permit. The subject property is located in Section 18 on the west side of Wixom Road south of Grand River Avenue in the R-1 (One Family Residential) District. The developer is proposing a private college preparatory high school. The subject property is approximately 60 acres. MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION 1. DUKE OFFICE BUILDING, PHASE II, SITE PLAN NUMBER 02-57 Consideration of the request of Lonny Zimmerman of Siegal/Tuomaala Associates for approval of a Preliminary Site Plan. The subject property is located in Section 36 on the west side of Haggerty between Eight and Nine Mile Roads in the OSC (Office Service Commercial) District. The developer is proposing to remodel the existing three-story office building, including adding additional parking and landscaping. The subject property is 4.42 acres. 2.
