The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioners presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.

 

No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).

 

The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission by Laws and Rules of Procedure.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

1. MAYBURY PARK ESTATES SP 00-53A

This condominium project is located in Section 32, on the north side of Eight Mile Road between Beck and Garfield Roads. The 134.75 acre site is zoned Residential Acreage (RA). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan and Woodland and Wetland Permit approvals.

2. COMERICA WELL 2-29 SP 00-58

This drilling and operation of an oil and gas well is located in Section 29, on the south side of Ten Mile Road just east of Wixom Road. The site is zoned Residential Acreage (RA). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan approval and recommendation to City Council for Special Land Use Permit and Drilling Permit.
