The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioners presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.

 

No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).

 

The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission by Laws and Rules of Procedure.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

1. OUR LADY OF VICTORY CATHOLIC CHURCH SP 00-38

This church and school facility project is located in Section 32, on the north side of Eight Mile Road and west of Beck Road. The 23.3 acre site is zoned Residential District (RA). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan, Woodland Permit, Wetland Permit, Special Land Use Permit, and Section Nine Façade Waiver approvals.

 

2. JAGUAR OF NOVI SP 00-49

This project is located in Section 24, on the northwest corner of Ten Mile Road and Haggerty Road. The 3.93 acre site is zoned General Business (B-3). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan, Special Land Use Permit, and Section Nine Façade Waiver approvals.
