City of Novi REGULAR MEETING OF THE NOVI PLANNING COMMISSION A G E N D A ROLL CALL: Canup, Capello, Churella, Csordas, Koneda, Mutch, Piccinini, Watza, and Weddington The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner=s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission By Laws and Rules of Procedure. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE APPROVAL OF AGENDA AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION CORRESPONDENCE CONSENT AGENDA - REMOVAL AND APPROVALS COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. IKON SP 98-64A This project is located in Section 13, north of Eleven Mile, east of Meadowbrook Road and south of I-96. The 8.87 acre-site is zoned Light Industrial (I-1). Applicant is seeking Woodlands Permit approval.
2. MEADOWBROOK CORPORATE PARK SP 99-04A This project is located in Section 13, on the east-side of Meadowbrook Road, north of I-96, and south of 12 Mile Road. The 31.49 acre-site is zoned Office Service Technology (OST). Applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan, Woodlands, and Wetlands Permit approvals. 3. CITY MASTER PLAN FOR LAND USE A public hearing for the proposed updated City Master Plan for Land Use, pursuant to requirements of Act 285 of Public Acts of 1931.
