CITY OF NOVI A G E N D A CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Mayor Csordas, Mayor Pro Tem Landry, Council Members Capello, Gatt, Lorenzo, Nagy, Paul APPROVAL OF AGENDA AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION – In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the City Council requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit for individual comments, and the five-minute time limit for an individual speaking on behalf of a group. PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING 1.Consideration of Zoning Map Amendment No. 18.632, a request of Singh Development to rezone 324.95 acres located in Section 30 on the south side of Ten Mile Road and east of Napier Road, from R-A (Residential Acreage) to R-1 (One-Family Residential) with a development agreement and a Residential Unit Development agreement. The subject area includes the property currently known as the Links of Novi.
