  2. Request of IKON for a waiver from Design and Construction Standards for the construction of an 8-foot bike path along Meadowbrook Road. Site is north of Eleven Mile, east of Meadowbrook Road, zoned Light Industrial (I-1).
  3. Request from Maria Nuculaj, 41420 Nine Mile Road, for a variance to construct a wall within a utility easement.
  1. Request for approval of adjustments to Water and Sanitary Sewer Quarterly User Fees, Water System Connection Charges, and Miscellaneous Fees.
